  • A/S standards
    1. 1. Free A/S warranty period is 1 year after date of purchase
    2. 2. Service fee will be charged in the following cases even in warranty period.
      • - Wrong handling of user
      • - Use of wrong electric capacity, resulting in a failure
      • - If it is out of order due to repair by person other than service engineer of the center
      • -Natural disaster (fire, damage from sea water, damage from water, others)
      • -Damage or failure due to fault of consumers such as fall in use after installation
      • - Failure due to internal remodeling by users
      • - If service life of parts itself expires
